On Saturday April 24, 1999 from 12 noon
to 4:30 PM the Super Coupe Club of the Carolina held its first official meeting
at Hooters in Raleigh, NC. Four SCs showed up and we hope to have pictures soon.
Justin Robinson from Charlotte, NC was there with his black 95 SC 5spd.
Robert Parks and his dad, Woody from New Bern, NC drove up in his black 95 SC auto.
They also have a 89 SC sitting at home with 235,000 miles on it with some slight front fender damage.

Roanoke Rapids, NC had their black 95 SC auto there and Jan zurLippe of Raleigh, NC brought his white 93 SC 5spd.
First the group ate lunch and talked about possible upcoming events. A meet
in July in Myrtle Beach, SC was discussed and Jan is going to arrange the details for this, so keep your eyes
open on the SCCoTC web page for more details.
After lunch the group headed outside to take a look at each others'
SCs. Dick and Jan had the most mods, the other 2 SCs were mostly stock.
