Rules for posting a Most Powerful SC Entry:

    1. All submissions must be SAE corrected values as measured on a chassis dynamometer. These are rear wheel numbers.

    2. All submissions must be accompanied by the matching dyno chart as verification.

    3. Horsepower and torque numbers will be considered separately, they do not have to occur on the same dyno chart.

    4. All submissions must specify at least model year and transmission type. A full modification list is optional, but would be very useful for comparisons.

    5. Only Eaton M90 3.8L Ford V6 based applications in an MN12 chassis will be accepted for submission. Boring/stroking is acceptable, please list these modifications.

    6. Nitrous oxide, propane, alcohol/water injection used on the dyno will not be accepted as a valid submission.

    7. All entries are subject to final verification before being added to the list.

If your "SC" application does not fit all of the above criteria, it may still be submitted for a reference value that will be maintained on a separate list. This can include all types of other superchargers, turbochargers, nitrous oxide and all other power adders. Alcohol/water injection or even propane injection would ideal for this list as well. This would give valuable comparison numbers on the same engine when these things were not in use. SAE corrected engine dynamometer charts may be submitted as well. Even 3.8L engines in other vehicle types may be submitted. A list of modifications must be included with cars submitted to this second list. We want to see what you have done with the SC 3.8L block!

Special thanks to Bill McNeil for coming up with this idea for the SCCoA. All the initial entries were procured and compiled by him. Ongoing responsibilities for maintaining the list and validating the future submissions will be handled by Bill.
