Ripped another tranny mount...

Well this is the 2nd time I've ripped a solid mount on the tranny. I've gone through a bunch of solid motor mounts too. Is there any other way to stop this from happening? I've already moddified the motor mounts to limit the movement, what else can be done to the tranny mount?

I have always had solid rubber motor mounts and tranny mounts. I've also always had poly bushings in the rear end and for the tranny cross member. The car gets zero wheel hop and it is a 5-speed. Its pushing almost 500ftlb at the wheels so that might also contribute to it.....
 
Time to fabricate something stronger. Should be easy enough to do but I haven't looked at it with that mind yet.
