Post 1, It was miserable hot so I didn't really enjoy it. I would have liked to walk the whole thing but I got burnt pretty bad the first day. The people who organized and staffed the show sucked. Other than that it was pretty cool.

I particularly like the one I got of someones cougar with the autorotor. Not too many mn-12's made it out but I personally think that cougar made up for it and then some. Sorry I didn't get to talk to anyone. I was the one asking for ken seegers. My girlfriend and I were fried from the sun. We left shortly afterwards.

Actually there was 17 SC's I counted on Friday when I got there on Friday and there appeared to be quite a few more Saturday. How many I dont know. I believe only 16 people preregistered. I dont think Id say more then 30 overall were there however. Overall the show field was slimmer then other years on the non mustang side. Like said though the overall quality of cars were pretty nice. I'll load the few photos I took once I get back to NY next week. Dont have my camera cable.

Hottest SC item imo were the marauder rims. 10" in the rear and 5's in the front..Very hot

Hey I have a NJTACC logo on my Cougars window don't I?? :confused: It was my pleasure to keep the Olive Garden tradition alive for my bud Don. It was hot out and it was hard work venturing away from my ice cold cooler chock full of beer but alas we had a great turnout. We packed the room plus I had to have the Management bring a chair from another location. I am sure they will let us back again next year!!! :eek:

Congratulations to all those who were in the lowly 89-97 Cougar Class. I have been coming for five years and never seen magnificent Supercharged Cougars at the event. Too bad Steve missed out... I was proud to be parked next to yall...

EVEN THOUGGH "J DOT" Miller DRANK WAY TO MUCH BEER TO DO KARTS.....He did put together the O garden event and it was packed as usual. Even without the typical other NJ guys the event went well.

Next year the Kart event will have to be pre paid as I am out close to $200 bucks due to the excessive beer drinking that had gone on haha. But still a good time and my overall bruises arent all that bad:rolleyes:

I didnt copy down all the winners and in retrospect I should have. Duffy said he was going to be busy for awhile after the event and unsure if he got a chance.

Bob Simpson and I were there representing along with Miller, I did not get a chance to talk to many SC'ers because I brought my 4 year old son and 8 year old daughter, I spent most of the time in the swap meet area and the kids at carlisle hut. NJTACC will make a better showing next year. Got to admit that with the heat wave and all we still had a great time. I am glad my car made the 200 mile trip with the new motor and all, no breakdown but ac.

Sorry I missed out. Usually I can keep drinking until 1-2 AM. But it was hot and I made the costly error of resting after dinner. Bummer, I heard you NY'ers decided to play a game of bumper carts. :cool:
