Brake lights keep dying on my '92 XR7.The,"fuse panel",and "auto shock" fuse were blown under the hood(all under the dash are fine).Installed a CB in the "auto shock"(made a harness),and made an adapter to put regular blade fuses in the "fuse panel" slot.Unhooked the shift interlock, thinking that was it,,,nope.Unhooked the front strut wires(the light would blink in "auto-mode",,,but stayed on in "firm mode")Ordered a new brake switch, metered it compared to my old one,,,seems the same. When the ignition is turned on,,,a buzzing and clicking is heard from the trunk.Car has ABS,keyless, auto ride, prem sound,,bla, bla, bla.Any ideas where to start, before I waste an azzload of time chasing? All Ive done to the car is cleaned the motor,,and installed a CD deck(by-passed the prem sound amp,,if that matters)

Thanks guys.
