Head Gaskets

I recently blew my headgaskets. Well I went and got the heads milled, ported, polished, and a 3-angle valve job done. When I got them back I noticed that they were not milled the best. So I ask my friend and when he checked the clearence it was way off. I was wondering if I could put thicker, metal gaskets off of the 4.6 Mustang on my car.

The aluminum heads cannot be way off and be expected to work. You'll have to get them resurfaced so they are booth true in shape, and smooth for finish.

You cannot use gasket from a 4.6L, that is a V8 motor.

My advice would be to use the metal gaskets from 4.2L motors, as per the advice of many knowledgable SC owners that have suggested this to me.
