Coolant Return Ideas

I have two 3/4" hoses that need to either "Y" or "tee" into a stock upper radiator hose, from the intake manifold I have. I'm not too sure on the ID of the stock radiator hose, but the size of the fitting would need to be 3/4"-3/4"-1 3/8"(?). I've looked all over the place for this type of fitting, and no luck whatsoever.

I would either need to do this, or drill and tap the late model radiator that I have and put some 3/4" NPT-to-hose barb fittings. What is the thickness of the stock radiator? It may be too thin to do this.

If you have an idea then throw it out there.

Heck, arent the stock radiators plastic?? dont know how you'll get a barbed fitting to stop leaking. Ya know house plumbing PVC pipe and fittings might be right up your alley. They withstand hot water and presuure, and they glue together for a leakproof fitting. I bet you can even get a Y or a T.
