Well today I went to the junkyard looking for stuff for my contour SVT and came across a 1990 Supercoupe and it reminded me of the '90 I had a couple years ago. I grabbed the two things in decent condition.
The bumper is in good shape structurally, the plastic parts that support the very bottom portion are broke. no cracks or heavy scratches. Just needs new paint.

120 mph gauge cluster. I believe it has 132k on it.

Make an offer on both, since I dont know how much this stuff is worth anymore. Im located in Eastpointe, MI 48021. Ill ship the bumper and box it up the best I can but i cant guarantee how UPS will treat it!!
