Like I mentioned before, the support for pulleys is some what limited. I again looked to the Mustang Cobra world and found an 8 rib pulley.
This time I located an aluminum 8-rib pulley which can be used as a A/C delete pulley.
Items used:
NA V6 Mustang/Tbird tensioner (Modified)
NAPA 25-08560 8 rib belt
Reichard Racing Cobra Manual Tensioner Pulley
I purchased the pulley from: http://www.reichardracing.com/
It is used in their Cobra Manual Tensioner Assemble and is available seperately.
I had to modify a NA V6 Mustang/Tbird tensioner to accept the pulley. I carefully removed the excess material with a die grinder.
You may have to use a washer behind the pulley for proper alignment.
Here are the end results.
2003 Mustang Mach1
1995 Thunderbird LX 4.6 4R70W w/Jmod, 8.8 3.27 Tracloc
1995 Mustang 4.2; MPX 25%OD, 4R70W w/Jmod, 8.8 3.73 Tracloc
