Preliminary Motel information show that there are rooms available in CR for Saturday Oct 11th. They aren't giving me any great rates over the phone and I'm sure that you could save some money buying online thru Priceline, hotels.com or your personal favorite.

I'd suggest you try to get one on 33rd Ave, Southgate Ct or Southridge Dr on the SW side of town. It is a pretty good area of town and we have never had any problems in the area. It is heavly patroled by local police and private security companies.

There are several 24 hr restraunts, convinience stores and gas stations wiithin walking distance of this area. It is also easy to find b/c it is only a few feet off of Interstate 380 at the 33rd Ave exit. (Kinda like it was at KC, Mo)

I have been on the phone with the following motels and they said that there are several rooms still available at these locations.

Super 8

Where is everyone else staying ? I'm ready to make hotel reservations and would like to stay the same place as others from out of town.

I haven't heard much from anyone. Thomas is staying at Motel 6 so I would think Melon and Ken will also ...

I'm gonna shoot for Motel 6. Parking lot looks like it'll fit a trailer fine.

Yep ........ Motel 6 is the two red roofs to the right of the blue building in the lower left of the picture. The big lot to the top of the picture is a Perkins. Next to that (top right) is a Burger King and directly accross the street in a Casey's Conv. Store. There is a Super 8 in the top left of the photo too.
