I had a dream that...


I was hanging out with my friends last night and a lot of people wanted to see a race. I somehow got thrown in the mix and ended up being put against my friend's 93 Firebird Formula. It has an LT1, COP conversion, equal length shorty headers, full exhaust, and a cold air intake. He said it ran a 14.1 at the rack before the COP and headers.
We went from a 30 roll, he took off in 1st I was in 2nd. When we went I got a good jump on him because of the torque but he just started to catch me and ended up being ahead by about 3/4 of a car by the time we hit around 90.




Then I woke up. :rolleyes:


So how did I do?? I don't think it was too bad for my car, it only has minor mods.

hung with him since timing would not have been pulled as much at that point ;).

I don't have the money to buy another pulley and belt without dipping into my FMIC fund, which I am getting so I can run that much OD.

It's a vicious circle! :eek:

I just bought some downtubes with high flow cats in them too, I'll race him again when they get here and I'll probably win.
Then when the FMIC is on, I'll blow his doors off :)
