Just thougth I would share a little of my trip to David Dalkes for a tune and a few other things. David and his group of freinds are a class act all the way. They treated me and my dad great and made us feel welcome. Watching David work on my car was a great experience and he does a thorough and very professional job. I had a great time at Twisted Innovations and really enjoyed watching David and Kevin work my car over on the dyno. I was happy with the results and even happier the car made the trip home. I will deffinately be back hopefully with a better blower and quieter exhaust :o

Ok sorry about that, didn't really think it was that big of a deal.
With the snow kit installed and a safe tune the car mad 300hp at 5000 and was still climbing and 345tq at 4000 rpm. He didn't go any higher than 5000 cause it was the 5th pull in 45min and wanted me to be able to make it home. I need to do some work on my blower and buy an MP inlet and It should come up even more. I was real happy with everything and enjoyed my trip. Now I need to find some time in the next few weeks to get to the track.

Thanks Bruce,
It was a lot of fun, the motor is not a real powerhouse like some of the cars, but given that it was put together almost 10 years ago and sat for so long half ripped apart in my car I'm just glad to enjoy it now. There are a few more things I can do to get a bit more out of it. And I am going to start saving an arm hear and a leg whenever I can for when Payton decides to sell his AR.
Don't count yourself out yet,

Payton,
I will not make the meet on thurs ( anniversary )
We left Daves at about 11:30 and got gas and something to eat. Plus I live in Whitby and all the construction coming across Toronto at 4:00 in the morning when there is only one lane open really sucks.

Great numbers Drew. I was down at Dave's a couple weeks ago to pick up some parts. When said parts are assembled I will be heading down for a tune. What are some of your mods?

I had the motor built by Morana back in 98 and it's ported heads, bigger valves, port matched intake, forged pistons 351 rods and a cam that even Tom Morana can't remember the numbers and most of the regular bolt on's. Good luck with your new parts I'm sure David will fix you up good as well.

I'm not sure how it feels I haven't put the pedal down yet. It drives like a completely different car now that a few stupid things that I was just living with are fixed. It also made it all the way home on less that a tank of gas.
Can't make the track this weekend but mabey next weekend.
When do you want to go?

I guess the tune you had in it prior to heading to Dave's was still off alot from where the tune is now?,

I'm not sure what the tune constists of, but I think the way it was it could only do around 250 or so at the wheels the first few pulls. From what I could see. I think without the snow kit and tune the numbers would be pretty sad. Dave fixed it up as best he could and it's much better.
