WTB ported exhaust manifolds

Just like the title says I'm looking to replace mine with ported ones.

Anyone I should talk to about having this done, then giving them my old ones after install.

I'm currentlydriving the car but it's going to a shop soon to have the new downtubes/Hi Flow cats installed.

Does anyone think porting the manifolds is a bad idea/waste of time?

Any idea how much it will cost to buy and have installed?

Dan..

You can port them without removing them from the car. The exhaust shop should be able to do this with a die grinder very easily from below (when they are replacing the downtubes).

Thanks for that. That will save a lot of time and money. I'll ask 'em if they can do porting when selecting the shop. Is it obvious what excess can be removed safely by joe exhaust dude, or is it a spec thing they will need info on?

i have a set of ported exhaust manifolds - i got them originally from Sean Matheson and just never got around to installing them - and probably never will - so they are available - if interested let me know.

Ok well I guess the question now is how much will it cost to buy yours and have them installed VS. having the exhaust shop do mine on the car.....

I'm very interested in these. I just need to contact the shop to see what they will charge to do mine (or if they can/will) vs. replacing them. Not sure how much labour is involved with the two options...

I will get back as soon as I know a little more.
