If you do a search on this topic, you should come up with some previous threads about it. The long tubes won't go, but at least one person made the 99-up Mustang shorties fit with some swing-press adjustments on the left side.

I think Mark Kovalcik (supercatXR7 or something like that) had a set of 99+ Mustang headers on his car. I'm pretty sure someone else had them too. So it can't be too bad to do.

I will be doing this on my 91 SC. On the drivers side Header, you have to heat up the collector and bang it in a little so it clears the stearing shaft better :)

On the drivers side you can cut the header just before the flange and rotate it and weld it back on so it clears everything. The passenger side fits without any mods!

I believe that's if you're using 94 - 98 Mustang headers, that the flange has to be rotated.

I have a 90 with 5 speed. Does the Mac Headers have the connection for the EGR vavle? Our county is starting EMISSIONS testing this upcoming April.

Yes. But note that deleting your EGR wont make you fail a smog
tailpipe test. It might make you fail a strict visual test tho, if they
do that in your state.

This has probably already been answered before but, even though they can be made to fit, will they bolt up to the existing stock downtubes?

Thanks,
Chris

Chirs the reason for headers is so you can do a better set up because air does not flow well at a 90 so no you could not use the stock downtubes not like you would even want to something like 21/2" is that you want
