Has anyone tried the new Pulsar plugs advertised in Popular Science?
Very expensive but big HP Gains claimed. Just curious, I'm not going to run out and try a set this year.
The SC fires 1/2 of the plugs from the tip-to-the-shell, and the others from the shell-to-the-tip. This is why dual-platinum plugs are usually recommended.
Since the design of the pulsars uses a capacitor only on one side of the circuit (tip), they wouldn't seem to apply for use in a DIS.
Just another way to get consumers to open their wallets
