What intake will work?

Well the rebuild is definate and I am rebuiding my original block with my 95 rods and forged pistons.

I am thinking of ditching the blower as I don't have one. I love the idea of the remote STS tubo system!

I would like to use my SC heads and I will need a lower and upper intake or do I just need an upper? What manifolds will fit the SC engine. Mustang 3.8, windstar?

I like the supersix ssx custom upper intake but it is made for a split port head. Does that make a differance? Can I put that on my manifold? Stupid question but I just don't know?

Pistons are not the weak point in the shortblock. You'll most likely end up bending rod(s); a path to breakage. You can get a set of steel H-Beams for $300 on EBay. If you take shortcuts, you get cut short.

If you want to ditch the blower, you would need and NA, V6 Muffdang/T-Bird, upper and lower intake. The split-port intakes are different and will not work on an SC head.
