They look like they're on there to prevent people with sticky fingers from walking off with it. Its not exactly secure when its sticking out a foot above the hood. Definetely looks like a hack job but hey maybe it's very functional and runs like a demon.
 
Uhhhh...What is it bolted to? I can not imagine that all of the mounting is on the back but...I figure it does not make much boost with the 45* belt angle and the 5 rib belt. But his is running the n20 into the inlet.

A poor man's blower straps? She could go at anytime :eek:
