Next Sunday the 23rd, the weekend before Thanksgiving. This time we've found a place that is in between both sides of town at Perimeter Mall area. It's Taco Mac at Perimeter, 1211 Ashford Crossing. Their phone # is 678-336-1381. From I-285 get off at Ashford Dunwoody Rd and go just to the other side of the mall. Turn left on Perimeter Center West and go just past the mall, one block past Perimeter Center Parkway. Turn right on Perimeter Place Way which is actually a shopping center. Taco Mac looks to be in the middle on google-earth. See you there at the usual time around 1pm.

Last year it was the 23rd. This year it's the 22nd. I hadn't planned anything for this weekend as far as lunch goes. I was actually thinking more of Dec 6. But, if you guys would like to we can always do it this Sun the 23rd anyway. I was planning on swapping my MP2 out with my S-model blower but I can break for lunch over at Barnacle's no problem. Or, we can just wait till the 6th. Whatcha think? Do something both days for that matter.

If enough want to meet, let's do it at Barnacles on Jimmy Carter Blvd and I-85 on the NE corner of Atlanta. Barnacles on the right about 3/4 mi west on Jimmy Carter Blvd from the interstate just past PEP Boys which is on the left and a Hong Kong Buffet on the right. It's in Norcross actually. We've met here several times and the food is pretty good and lots of space to park.

We can do that but this would be a bit short notice. We can do something in Greenville in a couple of weeks, say on Dec 6? Everybody think about it and let's plan something. Greenville would be a good central location except for those in TN. Tabitha lives there. Perhaps she can recommend someplace to meet as I don't know any of the places in Greenville. We used to have an annual meet in Chattanooga at Sticky Fingers for lunch and Sir Goonies for go kart racing then stay overnight for a picnic on one of the mountain parks. That's where we had our best meets.

Since the freezer hasn't had any meat in it for a couple of months now, I'm going to be hunting as much as I can for the next few weekends.
Chattanooga is going to be the best for me and actually Greenville doesn't look that bad either but just plan what's best for the rest, when I can make one I'll be there wherever it is.:) Just keep meeting.

We can give it a try. It's Ok with me. I'll do a mass email to all the members and see if I get a good response.

Why meet on a Sunday? Some of us have spiritual obligations.

The only reason originally was because so many people had things to do and I raced on saturdays and fewer could make it. It's tough getting a bunch to show up for meets. A lot of people like to go out to eat right after church and it seems to work out pretty well. Wives, girlfriends, or kids are always welcome BTW.

I could probably do either day on that weekend.

Well let's shoot for that weekend and see if we can generate enough interest to get a good turnout. Weather sucks today anyway.

FYI, Chattanooga region SCCA has an autocross December 5 in Trenton, GA if any T-Bird owners want to show up.
