Mark VIII LCA Install - Washers?

For those who have done the Mark VIII LCA swap, have you used washers as indicated below (from the factory Workshop Manual CD)?

CAUTION: The lower control arm bolts must be installed with the Torx® heads facing the rear of the vehicle.

Attach the rear wheel knuckle to the lower rear suspension arm and bushing.
Push the halfshaft inward to gain clearance to install the front bolt.
Place the washer between arm and the knuckle.
Install the front and rear bolts.
Hand-tighten the retaining nuts.
Align the index marks.
Holding the bolts stationary, tighten the nuts to specification.

I've got the factory bolts, but I've never even seen the washer(s) this refers to.

Thats the problem I am having the rollpin style sleeve that came with the busings are digging into to aluminum control arm and you need to put a metal washer in between the kuckle and control arm to prevent this. Otherwise the bolts will loosen up once the sleeve digs into the alum far enough.
