Ok with all the SC guys in here you should probably know where I can find a good place around to rebuild my motor. Have a 91 I just picked up with a spun bearing and looking to get it rebuilt. Anyone know someone in the columbia area?

I have a real good mechanic located just up I-77 in Rock Hill.....

He really knows these engines.....

I guess that wouldn't be too bad of a drive for me. Basically I figure since Im already going to rebuild it that I should do it right. Thinking stroke it 4.2 and forged internals, maybe a head job, cam, blah blah. You all know where im going with it. I actually haven't even picked the car up yet. cant get it til tuesday when I can get to the bank. It is going to need a moderate amount of body work and a complete paint job. (good thing I work at a body shop) The way I look at it, it will probably be at least 6 months or so til I have it being road ready and probably at least a year to completion. We will just have to see how it plays out. If you can get me the number or something for the guy so we can talk. appreciate it.
