Hey folks, got a prob. Finally got my '93 back together.

Replaced clutch slave, clutch assy, water pump, timing cover gasket and IC tube seals, balancer, and oh yeah....motor mounts.

(took me almost a year.....Anti-Terrorist stuff had me away for most of that!) Now she starts fine but idles rough for while then stalls. As long as foot stays in the throttle she runs like a scalded rabbit.
Pulled the plugs- fouled with LOTS of fuel.

During this project the whole front of the motor was removed to replace the timing cover gasket and reseal bolts (they was leaking bad) this included both crank positioner sensor and cam syncronizer. (didn't have access to those D*** special tools) used info from here to position cam syncro. Eyeballed the crank sensor.
???-How critical is the gap for crank sensor????
???-Any ideas, wife is threatening holding Superduty hostage until its fixed, this means no hunting also!!!!!
OR---Take it to a shop.
Mike
