Stripping Paint

Does anyone know what will strip the paint off the IC. I want to polish (yes...i know i polish everything...) the top of it..but the paint on there is pretty tough stuff. Any ideas what i should use?

I can't remember the name of it, but I got it from Wal-Mart. I was in the paint and hardware section and it came in a metal can like lantern fuel comes in. The can is painted yellow and white with blue and black print. It will take any paint off. Just paint it and and wait about five minutes and hose it off. It took the paint off the can it came in. Its a gel and you shouldn't paint it back and forth, just one direction. Back and forth causes it to dry too fast.
