Would there be any benefit to installing larger valves in to SC heads while still using the stock cam?
Thanks,
Mike

Just using bigger valves alone doesn't do much of anything, but it's the way they are installed that makes the difference. If the person putting them in knows what they are doing there can be a significant gain.

Now bigger valves along with the proper cam would make a BIG difference.

I think youde definitely want a cam if you were going to do that. I'mnot sure how much extra low end lift flow you will get or if it be worth it price wise

I know it would be more beneficial to do a cam as well, but I'm not sure if I feel like pulling the front of the motor apart. I guess I may not have a choice.

...and that's what I'm banking on, Dave. :) BTW- The check is in the mail. You should receive the heads and cam by thurs. or fri. Thanks for your help.
