They're from a '94 or '95 Mustang. They're not long tubes, but factory tubular manifolds. For the '94-'98 manifolds, you have to do some modding to the steering shaft. They're a LOT lighter than stock, and if you come across a set you can see first hand the differences. I've heard the '99+ Stang manifolds are an easier fit, but I haven't actually uses them. Here's a photo of the thinned out steering shaft on the car...

As for the times on my car, I haven't got it to where I want to race it yet. It seems everytime I fix one problem, I end up with another. :)
