wont start without starting fluid(help me)

i put up grades such as high flow fuel pump and regulator on the fuel rail and 42 pound fuel injectord(i think might be the problem),i put mp 3.5 cold air in take along with mp 85 mm thortle body and inlet plenum and for lighting 85mm mas air sensor ..i was thinking about putting stock injectors back on because i thought that something could be wrong with them and why it not getting fuel for the intial start yes fuel pump is working there is fuel at the rail and i can drive it after i use starting fluid to start help me somebody call me 734 624 6587 mike
 
does your car have a tune for that lighting mafs?

other wise im sure thats your issue!

get a c&l mafs and the right sample tube for the 42lb injectors!
