Cold Start Problem....

OK,
Everything was fine most of the winter, started fine and all,
The past 5 weeks the 89 SC starts, loads up and dies.... 2-3 times before I can keep it running. Then it runs with a really low idle for 1-2 minutes. After that, it settles down and runs just fine!
I have cleaned the MAF wires, cleaned the choke and all linkages, checked every connection I can locate. No idea where else to look....
Any thoughts??

What did you clean the MAF with,

And what are you referring to s the "choke"...we're fuel injected....No chokes here....

Don't forget the IAC, get another body to start car , keep running & unplug the IAC then plug back in & note the results. IAC's do strange things when they go bad.
