Pi times the square of the radius (in feet), times the depth (in feet) = cubic feet. Just take a simple diameter and depth measurement with your trusty tape measure, and do the math. That will get you pretty close for most purposes. If you need greater accuracy than that, fill up the tire well with water, then drain it into a graduated container and convert from gallons to cubic feet.
