In order to remove the push in pins you need an upholstery tool and possible a pair of pliers. Once you get the pin started use the pliers (as extra leverage) between the head of the pin and the bumper. Doing this will help prevent damage to the pin. If you need to replace any there are two places to go either your Ford dealership or any local body shop should have some in stock.
