89_WhiteBirdy and I are currently in the process of rebuilding his spare motor... It's going to be mostly black, with hints of blue in places. Block is black, timing cover is blue, other stuff still needs to be painted.

Thanks .. it ended up taking me much longer to finish the engine rebuild. But I do enjoy the compliments I get when I pop the hood to show the engine off. :D

i degreased the other day.. its rust coloured. i like the au natural brown. ;)

It's a gray base with black and white flecks over it, then three coats of clear. It was stuff I picked up from my friend's body shop.
