I am in need of some directions.... (two quesions)

My brother just bought an '89 Supercoupe 5sp with blown headgaskets. He and I have replaced the headgaskets and torqued the heads down with ARP. Now we need to install the pushrods and rockers.
1.) Is there a special technique to this?

2.) Who was the guy that used to sell those spiffy intercooler gaskets (white plastic gaskets). Was that Wynn? Does anyone know how to get a set, or contact the maker of these gaskets?

Frank B.

No technique, just make sure the pushrods seat in the lifters and tighten down the rockers(if stock)until tight, not sure of the torque(maybe 23-25ft lbs).
No need for intercooler gaskets of that type, buy some anerobic sealer(blue tube, red in color) and seal them with that.
Have done it on mine and it works perfectly.

Look on Ebay, thats where i got mine and the set is awsome. Even had a TB gasket.

here is the link to the gaskets on e-bay.

I've had several requests for the thicker gaskets that Wynn made, but the material cost would more than double the cost of the gaskets. These current gaskets are reusable and more than meet the need for average use. If any racrers who require the thicker gaskets for extended life would be willing to pay for the thicker version please PM me.
If there is enough interest, we can have some made.
