There are another 2 guys near me, Kevin Haines, and Bob Pringle, neither Bob nor Kevin post on any of the T-Bird sites, but they're both always up for a meet. Those guys and Richard are the few that joined me in Silver Springs/Ocala for the Fun Ford meet in January.

What would be cool is if we could hook up with Kurt Kreiz when he comes to Ocala in mid June. Some of you may not know Kurt, but he's from St Louis and is a veteran SC'er with a fast SC.

I will be in touch with him and see if it's feasible to have a meet of some kind when he's here.

You know I'm game Dan, there is also the young man in Melbourne... John Machen I think, and also the new guy I talked to out of Orlando... Goes by Gregthespy, Greg Roll is his name he's here on the east side of Orlando also. Works for autozone, might be able to get all of us together...

BTW I bought the 95 pearl Auto... you and I need to talk, I need to clean up and protect the undamaged parts so that I can just drive it... More to follow in an email...

I live in North Port Fl, and have e-mailed the President of this club asking about meets, but never got a reply. Who lives in Venice? I used to live there 5 months ago. Does anyone ever go to Desoto drag strip?

If anyone knows another way to get hold of Brad, please do it. I sent him an email a few days ago to let him know what was going on here, in case he hadn't seen it. No reply so far.

Kind of unusual, I hope everything is ok with him.

P.S. If we can't get together the week Kurt Kreiz is in town in mid-June, I won't again be available till after July the 7th, as I'll be in New England for 2 weeks starting around the 21st of June.
You guys are welcome to set the meet anytime, and if I'm not here, no big deal, I'll just make the next one. But I just thought I'd let you know my itinerary. Laters.

sorry i havent got back to anybody but i have been really busy and dont get on here much any more (work,cars,house) i would love to go to a meet but right now i have no time to put one together i will try a send a mass email to have everyone check this board for meet updates

having Kurt come down is a good reason to have a meet like Dan said you might not know him but he can tell you just about anything you need to know about this car

like i said i will try and go to a meet even if i have to drive the wifes car
for a update on the car it is my daily driver cause the turbo went out on the probe thats almost back together so i can go to a import races in may once thats up and running the bird is coming apart i have been dealing with a bad egr for about 4 years it also has a bad exhaust rattle and a leaking exhaust gasket so im gonna take care of all that due some maintance and maybe more custom stuff
Dan i hate to say this but the way everything looks right now im staying home for Carlisle Again Pam had surgery for hyperhydosis(excessive sweating of the hands) last month and i knew that she needed that more then i need Carlisle

Damn Brad, I'm real sorry to hear that Pam had to have surgery, I hope she's doing allright.
Under the circumstances, I wouldn't do it any differently. We'll miss seeing you and Pam there, but we understand.

Hey Brad, you don't have anything to be sorry about!! we were just worried we hadn't heard anything from you guys.... Hope Pam gets to feeling better, and you fix them cars man, your more than capable....

Come join us only if you can, and don't worry about it if you can't... There's sure to be more get togethers to come... After 5 or 6 years of watching this board for Fl. boys I'm just glad to see some activity out here that I can actually participate in...

Pams fine it was a minor surgery some discomfert the first couple days but everything worked the way it was supposed to
the hotel buy the malibu has a big parking lot we might be able to meet there
also the probe guys met at race rock they let them park up front and had a welcome on their sign might want to call them and see what they can do

I thought that might be a possibility too Brad, and I posted that in the Non-Tech thread. Also, Kurt is due in Orlando on business(flying in) next week, and i'm going to meet up with him for dinner one nite and he thought we could try to scout out a couple places. We'll let everyone know what we come up with.

Send our get-well wishes to Pam. Teri has to have foot surgery soon too, so they will have some things to talk about next time they see each other.
