-90 Sc engine repair (spun bearing)

One (at least) of the crankshafts journals has been worn, and I wonder if I could use short block or parts from 2001 Mustang engine (which I could buy nearby). I've been looking for info, and I think it can't be used for being cast iron crank ? Anybody sure? Is it internally balanced?
I will get measures for journal, if it can be fixed. One connecting rod may need work too.

Is this crank forged?

No, you can not use the mustang engine. The SC has a forged crank, and the mustang motor will grenade if you bolt a blower onto it.

I do have a couple SC motors laying around that I could pull a crank from and ship to you if you wanted.

I measured connecting rod journal, and its worn 0.15mm (0.006in) it should be enough for repair. Rods will need checking too.
