Where do you buy this or similar cooling system products ? Don't recall seeing it at AZ, but I wasn't looking for it either.

Water wetter alledgedly works best when in use with pure water...So I recently gave it a try that way..According to stock SC gague I didnt notice a difference. Ive used thsi stuff forever and never really noticed a difference but never really had a REAL temp gague.
That being said it should help with hot spots to an extent if it indeed helps teh water "wet"
Personally the Evans coolant is the way to go. It wets better , doesnt steam or cause hot pockets in the coolant system. Less detonation and better coolant efficiency even if coolant temp is higher..Also less stress on the coolant system as it can be run at 0-low pressure.

Lets look at something here. 100% water will boal at 212 f. but a 50/50 mix is good for somewhere around 230f before it turns into steam. Now if you go to 70/30 mix the #'s go up even higher... Water wetter is made to mix with any good anti freeze on the market. If I were you David I would run a 70/30 mix with the wetter added.. Now one thing that David came up with is his oil. There are a few oil coolers on the market that are made for engine oil. They will drop the temp some and that will help to keep the pressure up.
David, did you bore this engine out?? Some of these blocks don't like to get boredl. I too had one that liked to get hot all the time till it stopped working. Try the wetter and maybe look into some of the coolers out there....Rich
...If you want the most effective cooling system, and you can keep the temps down below around 220f, you can run straight water, with water wetter, and an additive to reduce corrosion. (something like Nalcol 2000 used by truck fleets). Water itself has the highest heat capacity, and can release it the easiest. Adding anything to water (ie. antifreeze) reduces this heat capacity.
