Looking into 3:73 gears but I have some questions

You'll need a gear install kit, shims etc. and a different speedometer gear to keep it acurate, that's all that I know you need.

Get a hold of Albee. He has a place that can rebuild your differential for you. I thought the price he told me was pretty reasonable.

I saw a differential on Speed TV where it had a back plate that could be removed and the gear ratio couple be changed at will.

yes i forget what its called (hilderbrand or something like that) but you have two sets of gears so you use one set to drive to the track on the highway (2.73's or something)and then you pull the cover flip the pinions and have like (4.10 gears) race and reverse. hot rodders been using them for years

do all i.r.s have a cage or cross member on them sould i put a z06 rear end in a s.c?or jaguar?
