Just felt like taking pics... Besides the ones on the webpage aren't exactly accurate anymore....

Besides, I won first place in my division (76 and newer, modified) at the Dawg Days of Summer car show. It was HOT!! (102*)
The smaller trophy is for the 2nd place I got last year at the same show.

Replaced the Cobra R's with Sport wheels (I just like the 16" wheels better for now)
And got new 18" glasspacks with SS tips put on the end to quiet it down a bit.. (she was gettin loud)

EDIT: oh... went to MoKan raceway Friday night... it was HOT. Everyones times were down, but the blown cars really suffered. I beat a Grand Prix GTP that on a good day can run 14.00's all day... but in the 98* weather he was running what I was.. 14.8, 14.9. I only beat him by a hairs breadth though... 14.87 to 14.9x. It was close.

Reminder, the 3.73's and the Mark VIII LCA's are goin in on the 18th... Anyone wanna come down and assist??

Picked up the new diff last night... looks good, promising... I am just psyched... don't know why, its just a set of gears... LOL

your rear bumper needs a respray!

looks just like my friends laser red cougar, its all faded out on the rear bumper and rear hatch.

its such a pretty color, but omg is paint expensive! :o

Yea, it is expensive. I hope to repaint the entire car in a Probe GT color that is very similar, but isn't a tri-coat type of paint. That way it won't cost as much, and I won't have to change the door jambs, etc.

i cant remember the paint color, but we looked at that too for her car. it is very close, and is a nice color.

Got the gears and the Lincoln LCA's put in.... thank you VERY much Jim and Danny.. I never would have gotten it right if Jim hadn't stepped up and basically done it.

He has pics, I hope he posts them when he gets home.

Thanks again!

You and Danny took care of the rear end, I took care of the LCA's. Worked out pretty well.

Here are the first round of pics.

Car is still sitting a little high in the back... just haven't had good weather and time to get the car up on ramps and see what I could do about it. Runs great though!

Car ran a 14.4 with the weather in the 90's. I went to MoKan last Friday to see what cooler weather would do only to be told they weren't racing that day. Would have been nice if they'd put it in the website BEFORE I drove 40 miles to race... Ah well, life happens. I'll keep ya all posted as to how close to 14.00 I get.. I mean its ONLY 4 tenths of a second! hehehe
