Cams and rocker arms

This question is for those who have played with cam/rockerarm configurations.

I bought a cam a while ago, haven't put it in yet. More or less, gunna wait to get the heads done. Anyhoo, the cam is made by Crower, listed as Ford-v6, Blown Special. With a 276 deg. duration on intake & exhaust, there is a .461 lift, w/stock rocker arms of 1.6 . On the notes, written in w/red pen, says w/1.7 rocker arms will acheive a lift of .499, which is what I originally going to do. It also says to have double valve springs installed prior to use. I recently found, I beleive on moranav6 racing site, that there is a 1.8 rocker arm ratio available for the v6. Here is the questions I have.....

Would it be possible to use the 1.8 arms?
What would the lift be? I figure .537
Would this be alright for the motor?
Would this be alright for the cam?
How much hp gain? est.
Will I have to worry about opening up the valves too much?

Any help/suggestions appreciated.
Below is the spec. card that came with the cam.
