Looking at scan data last night I noticed two things
1) my ACT plotting is very 'chunky' large steps compared to say the intake air temperature which is much smaller steps.
The ACT values seamed decent, but I was not believing the way it was flat line then jump up or down in 10degF increments, does not seam right.
2) I occaisionally have weaker idle than normal, more often when very hot, and also in particular if I let the clutch out too low and almost stall - what I saw on the scanner was that the timing is dropping back to steady 10deg BTDC, when it is idling normally it is bouncing around 20-21 degrees.
Anyone seam similar symptoms, this to me almost suggests some deep internal failure in the EEC.
Pete
