Is this a completely new intake?
If so did you remove the egr passages from the intake, since the egr input on the SC setup is on the inlet elbow.

no, it WILL NOT be a new cast intake and it will not change anything on the egr systems for the earlier sc's

So this will be an adapter plate for a splitport intake to utilize the SC intake elbow and mounting points for the M90?

I guess I'm confused as the factory spltiport intake is a nightmare of passage routing. With it's integral egr passages and placement of the coolant ports, there is an intake port in front of the coolant port on one side.

if you click on the middle pic you get a pretty good look at the front mount intercooler i fabbed about a year ago

Ill believe it when it actually happens...We have been down this road before with headers and new cast cylinder heads.

+1....If it happens its great, but we've seen this issue come up over the years.

Is this something that you plan to do yourself, or something that you plan to outsource?
