Weird Alternator problem

I was wondering if anyone had one of the main Stator wires break on them (main wires coming off the coil that usually are welded or silver soldered to the rectifier assembly?)? This is the third alternator that has done this (first one I got on the car, second was a Ford OEM one that lasted four years or so, last one lasted 2 weeks!) No excessive draws at idle we can see. No excessive parasitic draw when car is off. I've gone over some of the grounds and connectors, and will be replacing the battery ends to be sure, and adding a few new cables to help. Starter draw test is normal. Battery load test is good...
Not sure what else to check. :(
