Could a IAC cause an oil pressure guage to read no pressure, then when you hit the gas the rpms rise and so does the oil pressure guage.

i think u need to replace the oil pressure sensor.

Yes - Oil Pressure Sending Unit.

My 91 SC was doing exactly the same thing.

Replaced the Oil Sending Unit, $8 fixed it.
