Need some advice

I am finally starting to get some money to fix up my 90 5spd SC. I am looking for advice as to what to do with her. At present I am planning on doing the following:

1. Engine rebuild, gaskets are leaking badly
2. Suspension upgrade (Tokico shocks, Eibach springs)
3. Interior upgrade to 94 or newer style

I have some questions though about what else to upgrade.

1. Should I port and polish the heads when I do the engine,
and how much would this help the HP?
2. Should I get the blower fixed so that it willl boost better,
and how much would this boost the HP?
3. Should I replace the exhaust?
4. If I replace the exhaust, port the heads, and get the
blower done, what throttle body should I go with, and
what else will I need to change in the intake side?

Any help on these questions are welcome, and if there are any other suggestions to help me make my bird just that much "sweeter" are greatly appreciated.

Exhaust work is always the #1 priority on these cars. Before do ANYTHING to the engine, or even if you nothing to the engine, the exhaust should be opened up (cat-back) or at minimum replace the resonator with a freer flowing one...

I can't remember who but I remember someone saying that they gained about 30 RWHP just by porting the heads. Seems a bit high so I might have heard wrong.

any other recommendations?

Any performance mods that anyone would recommend? I'm new to the performance bit, don't want a straight drag car, just something that would blow someone off the line if needed.

Right now the car is bone stock, so looking to make "improvements".
