things to do before next year..

Well with only 360 days before the next shoot out I have made a list of things to get done, here it is...:eek:

1] Rebuild at least two engines that got hurt or totaled this year.:mad:
2] buy or build another trailer that is made for a car, not a loader.:cool:
3] repair same equipment trailer.:mad:
4] LEARN HOW TO SHIFT so I don't go the wrong way and blow up another engine.:rolleyes:
5] Get all my junk fixed sooner than later.:D
6] get better tires so I don't spin all the way down the track.:eek:
7] By doing the 4th & 6th I should be able to get well into the out law class and then some.:D:eek:

Well this is my list of things to do now lets hope that the money Gods are good to me so I can afford to get all this stuff done. I did have a great time even with all the bad. Like they say " A bad day at the race track is still better than a good day at work" See you all next year at the shoot out...Rich
 
1. get a tune to show the potential my motor has in it.
2. install some "real" gauges to monitor said motor.
3. practice during the year and learn my cars potential.
4. have an 11 second run before 2010 Shoot-Out.
 
1) 2-step
2) Think an intercooler would help?
3) Go from 17 to 25 PSI of boost!
4) Build headers!
5) Learn to tune!
6) Gears!
7) Buy and hide slicks so they don't get thrown away!
 
1.) Paint the thing (even though they tell me its fine) :rolleyes:
2.) Wheels, so many out there not a lot of cash.. :confused:
3.) Front Suspension work :)
4.) Audio make over, (wtb cd player/front & rear speaker) ;)
5.) FMIC :eek:
 
My list is pretty short...

1 - Load the car back onto the trailer.
2 - Pack the truck full of tools, beer, and clothes.
3 - Make the trek to the Shootout.
 
Get the N20 plate for the 2 stage and get it together. Put the engine in. Get some rear gears......Hope I do not have weekends during the shootout next year.

1. have my torque converter reflashed to ~3500
2. replace oem k member with tubular k member
3. eliminate power steering
4. up front skinnies
5. maybe something else - if I can get it designed and built

If not, do what Rod is going to do. Load and go.

Have new left leg surgically attached and hot wired to the new surgically installed right shoulder......... :eek:

I have a few more as I was reminded

1) Add tubular K member
2) Add Cobra Diff
3) Add more timing and meth injection (currently running lower then stock timing)
4) Pray I dont break anything
