95 Speedo in a 92

I purchased a whole 95 instrument cluster to upgrade my 92 to a 140 Mph speedo. I found that the entire cluster is not a direct interchange so I just want to swap the speedo head. I don't know how to remove the speedo. It seems to have 3 connectors in the rear but I haven't figured out how to get them loose. Anybody have experience doing this?

pull it right out.

take the big, long black piece off that goes around the radio ( 2 screws)

take the clear plastic piece and black gauge bezel off and then just pull the speedo straight out.

but take it easy on the needle...already messed with the needle on my speedo and didnt worked well after!
