Seriously, if it does improve - I would think it'd only be a small gain. The only gain that comes to mind is weight transfer.

The rear Eibachs are stiffer than stock and the fronts are softer so I imagine less weight would actually transfer to the rear wheels.

So no, I don't think they'll help even a tiny bit and may even hurt times.

a lower car will be faster, less wind drag. that is why drag cars are very low. when a rear of a car sags that does not always mean good weight transfer. a soft rear spring actually absorbs the transfer. my car the rear actually lifts at launch. that is because it is trying to seperate the body and axle. for the most weight transfer

well i run eibachs with tokico blues in the rear,and the autoride tokico's up front and can 2.0 60ft's on street tire's 245/45/17.
They do very well.
