I have my stock 95 heads which i had sent to David Dalke to get work done.

Comp cam (.570 lift with 1.73 rockers)

This is all new and never ran. The cam is the only thing i got used.

1.Dual valve springs and related hardware for .600" lift
2.Stainless steel 1.940/1.600 valves
3.Disassemble and clean heads, includes pressure washing and bead blasting prior to machining
4.Install new oversize seats, repair cracks in heads (welding)
5.Install oversize valves, blend bowls and chambers to match valves, 5 angle competition valve job
6.Chrome Moly 5/16" .080" wall pushrods. Custom length
7.Scorpion Pedestal Mount 1.73 Roller Rockers
8.D ported exshaut and intake porting

Were the heads pressure tested after the repairs (welds)?
