Engine oil cooler options?

so another problem struck last night while getting my 1992 running. I have found that coolant is pouring out the hose connection to the oil cooler above the oil filter is leaking. looks as if the weld is bad.

so I cannot locate a new one and the other one I have looks to be in worst shape.

so are there any options for an aftermarket cooler or anyone know of a good place to get a good one.
