What was the first car you ever owend and driven?

My first car was a 67 Mustang with a 289 automatic a ugly green with a black vinal on the top with nice chrome Mustang wheels I worked my butt off to save enough money to buy it

Funny thing is the girls at high school loved that car:D
Anyone have one of those fast big v8 cars:)

My 1st owned car in my own name was a '90 Nissan 300ZX(n/a) I was 19 at the time. had it for 4 yares. The 1st car I drove was '86 ford Econline van witha 302.

Then again, there is my Mom's Chevy? I drove that when I was 4. And totalled it. Does that count? LOL!

The first car i owned and drove was a 1986 T-bird LX, which I bought when I was 16 in 98' Great dependable car but had no power. I began looking for something with a little more power and stumbled across this site which introduced me to the SC. I now am a proud owner of a 90' SC, and am loving it!

i know the feeling, the first car i drove often was a 1985 cavalier rustbox 3 speed auto, multi colored, first car driven was 5 speed 1990 subaru legacy, and my first car, a 1991 mercury cougar LS 3.8

I can still remember some of that drive..The first car that I owned was a 63 Ford Galaixe 500 XL conv. with a 405 horse power 406 cubies and a 4 speed. My first car was the 73 Grand Prix i still own, bought it 2 weeks before my 16th birthday. Ran 14.7 weighing 4600lbs right out of the box, spinning all the way through first, at calgary altitude. Only kid in my highschool with a car that made more than 500 ftlbs of torque.

First Owned: 1965 Corvair - Pulled from a field and spent the summer of my 15th year sanding down the paint to the bare metal and fixing the rust holes.

The 1st car I drove was a 1965 Impala SS I drove it 2.5 miles and I was in Love. (Iwas 14). This 2.5 miles addicted me to cars.

The first car I owned was a 1971 Dodge Dart 340. After one moth of this car I knew I was hooked for Life. I sold the car about a year later and bought a 73 Chevelle and since then about 20 others. :D

The first car i owned was a 68 cougar.302 with a 3-speed.car was awesome till the springs came through the trunk got a whole 6 mo out of it. at the time it was 18 years old couldn't hold up to sat. night drags. Air shocks, the back tires stuck out the wheelwells about 3 inches(hence the reason for airshocks) just a cool car!! thats the only car i miss that i had to get rid of:( ...Bill

Well, being from the country and having a grandfather that was a farmer, there is no telling what was my first car/truck I drove. First one I owned was a 66 coupe with the 200-6. Was being restored when I got it, what a rust bucket that was. Sit in our garage for a couple of years after my dad and I figured that cost vs. enjoyment was not going to be worth it. First running car was an 82 Isuzu I-mark desial 5spd, the little brown turd as it was called for the car color. That thing was slow, loud, but would not die. First "performance" car was my 85 5spd Turbo Coupe. That's one of those you wish you still had cars, should have did a V8 convert on it.

1st owned Car '79 Pontiac Trans Am w/403 olds T-Tops and all that BS...Chicks loved that ride man...Pulled more skirt in HS with that ride I should be ashamed...Never made much sense to me to have that olds in there...Whatever it hauled azz...2:73 rearend stock, not much off the line at all...But the top end was amazing...Nothing could keep up...Nothing I ever ran anyways...I think it was a freak...

a 67 ss 396 camaro and a 340 duster got them from a relative who got parilized in a motor cycle accident, both were fast camaro was awsome, 12.23 et general kenetics cam 628 624 lift 328 324 duration mushroom liftered 12.5-1 pistons tunnel ram two 660 center squirters it was fun duster had stock 340 turned mid 14s with stick those dodge 4 spds are heavy.

The first car i ever drove was my grandfather's 1985 olds delta 88 with a 307. What a slow huuuge beast that car is.
First car i ever owned is my 92 SC. I use the olds for a winter car now, that car never fails to start and get me where i need to be.

my first one was a 1980 thunderbird, with a 351w in it. Pretty slow, but when lowered 3 3/4 it kinda grew on me. Now im driving an 85 thunderbird NA :( but im still trying to find the right SC to buy while trying to talk my parents into cosigning a loan for me which is gunna be tough

my first car was a 89 dodge daytona, chock full with 97 hp. i loved that car. it was hit by a s-10 causing the back end to lose two feet. i tore up the s-10 though, it was not driveable.

i drove the daytona for a year,(two months of wich were after the accident)

eventually gonna get a new one, maybe give it gull wing doors, and a turbo

The first car I ever drove belonged to my Dad. It was a 1968 Olds 442. I think that was where I first got the "muscle car" bug. The first car I ever owned was a '63 Chevy Malibu. Not a muscle car, but a fun little V-8 to rip around in. What's the "last car" I will ever own? My '92 SC if I can keep it running and keep getting parts.
