Forgive my ignorance but where are the horns located on a '94 SC?

One of my horns is out and it sounds like a sick cow.

Also, any recommendations for a cost-effective upgrade to the stock horns?

I drove my 93SC for 4 years before noticing the horn was missing

The factory horns are mounted to the front metal bumper (behind the cover) I beleive with 2 8mm bolts (possibly 10mm bolts), a little offset to the drivers side.

I think the horn can also be reached by removing the driver's side wheel and plastic inner fender liner.

Tim is correct. However, I believe they were 10mm bolts. Not that it matters, and honestly, who knows if I can recall correctly. It's been months since I've looked at the SC.

When you say, "behind the cover", do you mean the outer urethane bumper?

Yes that what I mean by bumper cover.

Also I looked at my parts car today that has the cover removed. On the 93 its actually pretty much centered and appeared to be held in place with 1 13mm bolt. If you use the hood latch as "center" its pretty much a straight line to it visually.
