Brake flush procedure

I installed a new abs pump on my 90, and want to do a full flush. Just wondering what methods people used to do this....

I was thinking just use a bottle, with tube attached to the bleeder. Is that what others have done? Then just let it flow, or pump the brakes?

In a 90, I don't need the tool to cycle the abs, correct? But I do need to to have the key on to flush the rear brakes?

Basically I'm just lookin for a full procedure on how you guys do it. :p

Thanks

To flush the rears put a piece of wood on the driver seat to push down the brake pedal, then turn on the key. As you bleed the rear this will power the pump, make sure someone is at the reservoir to keep it full. I used a vac bleeder on the fronts, or you can bleed them by pumping.

Ok, so with the brake pedal down, this is how the pump bleeds the air out of the system I'm guessing...? What kind of fluid does everyone run? I've seen alot about valvoline synthetic dot 3.......
