....I own a 12 second SC. :D

Upgraded from the stock 95 SC inlet and a 70mm throttle body to a Magnum Powers SC inlet and 85mm throttle body.

These mods were worth .2 and 2 MPH on my car. ;)

I also had 6 sub 1.8 sixty foot times tonight, the first time ever under 1.8. :)

Thanks!

Here's a link to a movie a friend took. Too bad the announcer doesn't know what a Super Coupe is.

For now, until 11's become standard like 12's are now.... it used to be running a 13 was a huge accomplishment but now gets a shrug of the shoulders by everyone, and before that 14's was an accomplished and now a days gets totally ignored.

Good going on the 12's.

I know I was excited when I hit the 12s. Great job. The 1/4 mile times are droping every year as more people are getting serious and finding the right combinations

Thanks everyone! :D

No, probably not. I already have an S-Port, and anything more would probably require a blower change, or some more serious cam and head work, and I'm tired of taking it apart. :(

I still have to install my Snow kit and do some more tuning, there's still a few tenths left in the car the way it is. The race weight was 3,980 lbs., all I took out was the spare tire. :)

The only other thing I really want to do is to install the spare T-56 I have.

Congrats Doug! What cam are you running anyways? And DEF do that t56 swap. If you need an extra set of hand for install Id swing by. This is the one thing I REAAALLLY would like to do to my SC. To me the transmission is its last major unresolved flaw so to speak

Congrat's on getting into the 12's. I think I got about the same results from the MP inlet plenum on my 95 SC.

I understand not wanting to take the car apart anymore. :p
Either way, it's a pretty impressive time for having such a 'plump' car. Oh, and if you do install that T-56, you should take LOTS of pictures and write everything down. Reason being, I'm in the process of collecting parts/money to try my hand at putting one in. Downside is that it'll be a year or so. :(
